Has your vehicles towed over snow removal that they don’t even do a good job at and pick and choose when they want too rather than follow the actual schedule. This is a scheming business with Union Street towing. Subsidized housing meaning your low income, so why add even more poverty to the poor. Unacceptable behavior to poor single mothers! Shame on them!
I can understand poor communication. What I don't understand is that I signed up with this company for plowing, and on the first day of plowable snow they texted they were on the way. Then they cancelled for no reason and ghosted me. I get it...I have a long driveway. But I was a customer for a year, and there are elderly people and working people at this property. Deserve zero stars. Came to my house for estimate, knew exactly what I needed beforehand. Spent 30 min of my time then emailed me 2 hours later saying they were no longer doing home services. Pretty sure that's untrue. Never responded to emails asking for simple explanation. Highly unprofessional.
I would give 0 stars if I could. They did the septic for our new house and it was 33in lower in ground then it was supposed to be and it failed. They didn't want to admit they were wrong and didn't follow the plans for the septic design. Once they came back to put in a new septic after they were told they were at fault they caused nothing but issues and things still arnt the way it should be. They left my yard full of rocks, stick and pot holes. I'll be surprised if this septic doesn't fail as well.
