Scam artist. Rescheduled for months and months with various excuses. Finally showed up and installed the heat pump, said he would give me $300 to make up for the inconvenience, never gave it to me after saying he’d bring it in cash to the cleaning when I never got the promised check. Also said I’d get a free cleaning in a year. I called and emailed with 0 response. I am owed 300$ I’ll never see. Extremely stressful company to deal with - look elsewhere.

Extremely unreliable. We had an issue with our unit. They made a diagnosis and set a date to complete the repairs. Never showed up or communicated that they wouldn't be coming. When we finally got back in touch, they always had valid excuses but the cycle repeated itself numerous times. Set an appointment. Miss the appointment with no communication.

We were in a bind as we had a working indoor unit, but our outdoor unit had a coil leak which is not a cheap repair. Since the unit is technically discontinued, finding parts or a replacement can be challenging. Most companies we called wanted to sell us all brand new units at a time when supplies and installs are fairly expensive. Many only work with certain companies and models.
