On Thursday 21st August 2025 I ordered 500 litres of home heating oil from this company and paid over the phone by credit card. Oil was delivered to me the following day. My fuel tank holds 1000 litres, so with the 100 litres already in it, I expected the tank to be over half full. Not so. When I dipped it that evening I was shocked to find that the tank was only one quarter full. A few of my neighbours, including a retired police officer, also checked the level of oil in the tank. Used for years never any problems. Ordered 600L driver refused as dog dirt in the garden. OK I respect that so I lifted the few patches (which I completely forgot about from that morning!!!) came back the next day and refused as the oil tank had no lid. I had accidently hit it off the day before strimming. They said I would need a plumber as there could be water in the tank. Bare in mind it hasn't rained in about 3 weeks so had to get someone out to drain the tank which cost me £80 there was nothing in the tank which I expe... read more
