My dentures were made in 2024 they have not fit since day one. I called them about it and was told despite explaining I'd done the steps I'll get used to them. Haven't made 4 hours with them in. Scheduling for a re fit has been a nightmare and I'm not comfortable with this office since they can't listen to patients. Other offices won't work on them because it's a liability. So I'm the proud owner of a couple thousand dollars worth of nothing.
I absolutely love my new dentures. The staff is amazing, a very nice experience and im totally happy with my dentures.
