Extremely friendly, caring, and helpful staff. From the ladies at the front desk, to the wonderful hygienist, to Dr. Hauge himself, everyone is so incredibly welcoming and kind. I came in after not seeing a dentist for a few years and with some issues that needed to be sorted. Dr. Hauge and his team were very kind and compassionate about my concerns and needs, and made sure I was comfortable with everything happening. They did my first teeth cleaning in years and were great. No one made me feel bad that it'd been so long. They were very nice and reassuring. From the first person you see at the front desk to the hygienists, to the dentist, they were all super nice. I have a difficult time flossing because of arthritis in my hands and they helped me find adaptive equipment that would work for me. My teeth haven't been this clean since they first grew in! I've been going to the BCDM since I was a child and have always had an amazing experience. I cant speak highly enough of this practice and everyone in it.

It's totally awful. I went there for tartar cleaning on a certain tooth and they said it'll be all gone after cleaning. When they finished cleaning it was not gone and they said there is nothing we can do we did our best. I said them why did you promised that it'll be gone and their response was "thats all we can do, make the payment and leave please"
