I visited this restaurant for dine-in. The service itself was okay, but I had an uncomfortable experience when it came time to pay. An older lady member pressured me into adding an 18% tip instead of letting me decide the amount myself. Tipping should always be voluntary, and customers should never feel forced or pressured. Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning. I hope management addresses this and ensures customers can choose their own tip without any pressure.
This place has very bad service and food. The owner should not even run a restaurant. I told them the soup wasn’t good and it was just straight up beef bouillon base, noodles, bean sprouts, and chewy beef. That they shouldn’t this food. The lady told me if I don’t like don’t come eat here again.
