Great customer service! I always need same day or next day clean and press and they always get it done right. I am a loyal customer for that.
What horrible customer service!! I will NEVER BRING anything back here (1st street location) I called to check to see if some vest that I brought in were complete. Of course a non speaking associate picks up, fine whatever. After repeating myself for a third time I start getting frustrated so then she hands the phone over to someone else. Again they ask me the same questions, so then I get upset.
