Rod was professional and the repair seems to be done professionally. However, the person who performed the repair left greasy hand marks on the interior trim, on the interior carpet, in the front and the back, on the ceiling and the sides, they pulled the speaker out and didn't reinstall it, and they left wires hanging out of the ceiling, they also left mud and scuff marks from their boots throughout the back. Today Rod from Bangalow Smash Repairs completed some repair work to both of my BMWs. They were fairly minor dings and chips, but it was important to me that they were done impeccably. I couldn't fault anything from start to finish. Rod was lovely to deal with, his quote was very reasonable, he fitted me in within 2 weeks (which I was happy with, given they were non-urgent repairs), and he did an exceptional job on both cars.
