I’ve been a patient here since arriving in the Northern Rivers (in 2012) & over this time have been impressed with the Bangalow Medical Clinic. It appears to be well run, with helpful respectful staff, & the actual medical care from the GP’s is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Sadly we all still miss Dr Jill who “retired” & returned to Melbourne to be closer to family. She was a brilliant “family medical practitioner” & diagnostician with a warm, uplifting & delightful sense of humour. !!!
I can’t speak highly enough of Benalla Medical Centre. The doctors are caring, professional, and always take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. What really makes this practice stand out, though, is the reception team. They are absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I have been visiting the BMC since I was a kid and am always met with a smile from the wonderful helpful crew at the front desk. The experience, advice and professionalism of the doctors is 2nd to none. Strongly recommend!
Amazing staff and doctors at Bangalow Medical Centre, sometimes, yes, you may have to wait, Emergencies happen and appointments get delayed. But the care and professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend this practice to anyone wanting a caring practice that goes above and beyond.
I wish I didn't have to write this review but the receptionists at Bangalow Medical Centre are almost always prickly &, quite frankly, rude. There's an air of arrogance they maintain that's quite strange. I have only experienced one receptionist over the years who has been friendly & it was a breath of fresh air. I thought this was just my experience but I've spoken with a few people who say, "oh yes, they're always like that".
