I’ve been getting my haircut from Heidi for the last year and I NEVER leave disappointed. Heidi is incredibly detail oriented and truly a master at her craft. She does book up far in advance but I usually end up booking my next appointment while I’m in the salon. I’ve also received hair coloring services from Johnny who is equally as wonderful!! I’ve been going here for years and I’m mostly happy. Tomasz is the absolute best stylist, always giving me the cut I want, and I’ve tried many styles over the years. My one complaint: Calling to schedule is impossible. The website is wonderful for scheduling when I know exactly what I want, but if I have questions, I call to schedule. I’ve called throughout the day on the days the salon is open and never get an answer. I leave voicemails and don’t get my calls returned. Fantastic!!! Meg is AMAZING—a great hairstylist and just a generally cool person to talk to. I saw them at Bang Pike earlier this year and had a wonderful experience with them, so when I needed a cut again, I knew who I was going to see. The SLU location is definitely more out of the way for me than the Capitol Hill location, but it's worth it to see Meg. Highly recommend!

Denice is magic! I’ve been going to her for my cut and color for a year now and she nails it every time. She really knows me and my hair and what I like. She’s a great listener and makes you feel good about yourself when you’re in her chair. I always feel comfortable in the salon and all the other stylists are super nice and talented too! Highly recommend Bang but Denice especially
