B&O Madison's service and expertise has completely transformed from poor to excellent since about three years ago thanks to new management. Suggest trying again if you had a poor experience in the past. They were able to resolve several legacy issues without a glitch and offered professional, informed, and unbiased advice. A solid 5 out of 5 star experience now.
Honestly, this was the greatest in store experience i have ever had at a retailer! Many years back i bought the H95 headphones online and after this experience, i regret not getting them in person because the experience i had by going to the actual store was so wonderful! I was greeted by the nicest store employee i have ever met named Lea, and she let me test out the H100s in person and it was incredible!
