I loved everything in the store, so many unique styles that you don’t see anywhere else. Classic, cute items you will keep for a lifetime. The owner was so fun helping me pick out coordinating pieces. I would make a special weekend trip from Boulder just to shop at this store again.
Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. One of the men was very rude to my wife over photos. When I called to ask him about the entire scenario, he immediately thought raising his voice was the correct response. He claimed that he doesn't allow people to take photos "because they use it for AI". He then said that my wife was entitled for no reason and asked what my real question was. I went there today with my husband for my birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience! The owner was incredibly patient and really helped me figure out which dresses to buy. She has such a soothing voice, a great energy, and an amazing eye for fashion. I am extremely indecisive, so sometimes I need that extra white glove level of service. My mother went here to look for overalls for me. She took pictures to see if I wanted her to buy some and a shop associate came to her and accused her of trying to buy the overalls on Amazon. When my mother explained to her she was trying to buy them for her daughter directly from the store, the associate had no response. Incredibly rude. Probably racist as my mother is Hispanic but can certainly afford overpriced overalls from some snooty shop. She obviously chose not to purchase. Reiterating what others have said here already, extremely rude and unprofessional owners. My elderly mother (who has been a longtime customer) took a photo of an overly priced outfit to think on it if she really wanted to spend that large amount of money. The older man then came over and told her to “get out of my store” because she was a “secret agent working for another clothing company”. No clarification or any question from him regarding understanding the situation and completely mortified her. Terrible customer service.... read more
