2/10/25 – While at Banfield #5178 for a medication pickup, I scheduled annual comprehensive and follow-up appointments for both dogs for a 0900 drop-off on 3/9/25. 3/7/25 – Received a reminder call for the upcoming appointment from Banfield at 1027. 3/9/25 – Arrived at Banfield @0855 for the scheduled appointment, waited until 0900, and pulled the door handle to enter (locked). The worst decision I ever made was getting pet insurance from Banfield. Over 2 years ago my dog was diagnosed with high liver enzymes. Was told by our vet to reduce my dogs food intake. Fast forward to september 2024 my dogs enzymes started to get higher to the point she couldn't eat. I had to fight with Banfield so they could put her on an IV. This place used to be great. The new doctor didn’t seem as gentle with my cat. One of the nurses is racist. I am a citizen and will not be deported, sorry lady.

We love coming to this location. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Happy they have a new doctor who’s amazing. Brandy and Jessica are always helpful when we call with questions or when it’s time to schedule our pets annual exams.
