I am devastated by the loss of my 2-year-old Great Pyrenees, who passed away on May 30. Between July and March, her globulin levels spiked from a normal 3.2 g/dL to an elevated 4.9 g/dL, coinciding with sudden vision loss, severe muscle atrophy, and profound lethargy. I have used Banfield at Village Blanco for 6 years. Every person I interact with and every vet that cares for my Niko has been great, especially when he started having seizures. Niko actually gets excited when we get there because they treat him so well. AJ at the front desk has been there the whole time I've been using them and has always been friendly, helpful and quick to help take care of matters. I truly appreciate this team. My only complaint is it is frequently difficult to get prescriptions called in to HEB but it al... read more
