Medically this place is great. Administratively this place might be a tad dishonest. I help run a foundation for animals, and we help low income families spay and neuter. The foundation also helps with other medical care. The foundation paid for one of my rescues that had an ear hematoma. They did a great job that was great. However I had a credit left on my account I was told I could use for another animal at any Banfield pet facility. Edit: 6/7/24 Just wanted to Thank this Banfield location in West Lafayette again. They are so amazing! The Dr. Was so helpful and explained everything to us about the issues our Bear was having. Still affordable. Thank you Dr. McCumber! You're a really special person and we were lucky to have had your experience and expertise, and your positive attitude! Well, let’s see when I joined here in Lafayette. Nobody informed me before I paid for the membership for both of my dogs that there was no permanent vet on staff, and that the vet was coming up only two days a week, and I was paying for a service for 5 1/2 days a week. I was a Banfield person Since 2002 and five dogs and I will never be a Banfield person again because I basically was lied to about not having a vet there five days a week and even now I believe you only have Veterinarian staff that is part time.
