honestly this place really cares about animals we bring our golden retriever here and he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot they remembered his name and his favorite spot to scratch
we took our dog to Banfield after it got skunked and they definately helped us out quick even though we rolled in last minute. just a decent experience overall nothing fancy but they took care of business, the vet was nice and explained everything so i didnt feel confused. cleaned her up good and gave us stuff to keep the smell away. if our pet needs anything agian we would go back without thinkin twice.
