These people have the worst attitude, I’m never coming back here.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. I brought my 8 week old golden retriever there because she was not doing so good. When we got there they told us that they had an emergency and that we can leave her there and they’d call us when she was ready but it would take a couple hours. We told them that we weren’t from the area and they were able to accommodate. They ran a couple tests and she came back positive for parvo. Always the same thing! I have a complaint . I’m unhappy with the way scheduling is handled . Idk if it’s the app or what but it’s not the first time it’s happened. Last time I schedule the appointment for in room and then I get here and it’s a drop off . Today I had to miss work because I scheduled at 8:30 and my appointment was moved to 10!
