I rescued a kitten and was looking up a vet because we’ve not had one in a long time. I signed up for one of their plans. There were no surprises they made sure I was OK with anything that would’ve been extra beyond the plan. It was a great experience.
This is the absolute worst place to take any animal. She literally handed me my 10 yr old cat after being attacked and told me he would be ok. He died in my arms the next day. This is an awful person only looking for money. I know this for a fact because I told her that I did not care how much it costed, I would pay anything to save my cat. But because it was a weekend, she told me he was ok and didnt need anything else. It turned out that if I had put him on an IV for 5 days, he would have had a chance. Do not spend money here. I just check my cats shot records. Last shot records were over 1.5 year olds. They lied and did not give my cat his shots at his last appointment. They just take money. Stay away!
Dr and nurses are very helpful in listening and understanding my dog’s specific needs as well reviewing historical data and comparing current situation to help develop the correct course of action to get him back to health and wellness.
