Terrible experience with my sick dog this weekend. Friendly apologetic technician saw our pet. Apologetic because the actual vet insisted they didn't need to see the pet, and didn't have time because they were busy and understaffed. Only after we continued to strongly insist, after it flipped out when he was treated, did the actual vet stop by for a few minutes.
