Let me say, I've been with Banfield for years and continue to be disappointed . I understand that all vet clinics face unpredictable emergencies, but the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service I experienced today at this Banfield location was unacceptable. My dog suffers from severe cognitive and anxiety disorders, which is why I specifically schedule in-office appointments rather than drop-offs.
