I have been taking my dog to this hospital for three years now, paying for the most expensive monthly plan—the Senior plan. Today, my dog woke up with bloody diarrhea—this, after she underwent surgery for cancer and tumors at Banfield just a few months ago. Llevo a mi perra a este Hospital hace tres años. Pagando el plan más costoso mensual de Senior. Hoy mi perra amaneció con diarrea y sangre, siendo ella una paciente que operaron por cancer y tumores hace pocos meses en Banfield. My wellness plan ends in may and I can’t wait! I refuse to renew this for another year. They say you get what you pay for, I’d rather pay more money at a better vet. Don’t waste your time!!! They don’t care about your animals, they called me everyday to tell me my account was past due but they failed to call me with a two week follow up to make sure I get my dogs 2nd round of medications. I had an amazing experience with the Dr. Ligia Leal. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but what truly stood out was the love and respect they showed my cat. They treated her with such dedication and care. It’s hard to find a place where you feel your pet is in such good hands. Highly recommended!
Fui con mi gato enfermito, tos, yo estaba muy nerviosa de verlo asi, me ofrecieron un plan de 88 dolares al mes porque habia que hacer muchas pruebas, de 8 y media am a 5 y pico de la tarde, solo hicieron 3 pruebas del plan, me dejaron esperando y al final todo lo que se iba a hacer no se hizo porque ahora segun ellos no era necesario!!...me cobraron casi 90 dolares por la inyeccion, total 240 por entrar al plan que no estaba previsto y al final no era necesario despues de pagarlo, yo no firme contrato ni lei ni me explicaro... read more
