I take Scooby today Dr never shows up the assistant was very nice . My dog still sleeping I think they give him 2 much anesthesia not very happy . One leg in pain poor dog.

Very disappointed in the service. We've been going thru this Covid experience for over two years now and Banfield still won't let you come into the exam room with your pet and the doctor. The doctor rely's on second hand information from an attendant which causes the doctor to miss a lot of pertinent information about your pet. Also, even with a scheduled appointment you still have to sit around and wait or leave your pet there with no water or a way to relieve herself. I am ACTIVELY looking for another health plan. My baby is 13 with periodontal disease. Dr. McCubbin properly took all the steps making sure he was clear to go under in addition to clear communication of the deep cleaning procedure. A few teeth were naturally lost, assigned proper meds post cleaning and kept me informed at all times. Thank you Banfield NMB for caring for my fur baby!!
