The Palm Springs is horrible . I have been 3 x and each time there is a problem checking or checking out .

They have Bad service. I have taken my pet, Mia. Liz at the front desk has received my dog and everytime Liz and the staff would say “they cannot pull up Mia’s records” and they wouldn’t know what records she has had. Liz has yelled at my mom, and has been very rude and disrespectful. She is very unprofessional. Liz created 2 accounts to charge us more money. The staff and management does not know what Mia has.
