They have Bad service. I have taken my pet, Mia. Liz at the front desk has received my dog and everytime Liz and the staff would say “they cannot pull up Mia’s records” and they wouldn’t know what records she has had. Liz has yelled at my mom, and has been very rude and disrespectful. She is very unprofessional. Liz created 2 accounts to charge us more money. The staff and management does not know what Mia has. Marla and the vet Watson wrongfully administered unauthorized vaccines to my dog, rudely pulled us into a room and then tried to run out saying we screamed at her so she could avoid accountability. We paid $1500 for one visit you’d think they’d treat the customers better.
