I scheduled an appt for December in October and my appt was moved. I was able to schedule the appt during my preferred duration date but I was unable to get my original appt. In spite of the fact that I had first dibs on the desired date. Not the first time this has happened

Apparently this location is “temporarily” closed — yet they did not inform me, and I’ve been paying for the monthly service package all year! No one at any of their other locations can tell me when or if they plan to reopen. Absolutely unexceptionable.

I'm yet to have an appointment here. I got a care plan because of this location, and twice now they have cancelled on me. I called on April 30 to schedule an appointment for May 15. Then on May 4, I got a call saying that the location would be closed for the entire month. What the hell? Now I have to go to the suburbs to get care for my dog.

This location administered a vaccine to our puppy without authorizing it through us. What is worse is it was what they thought was his third distemper vaccine, even though HE HAD ALREADY RECEIVED IT. They gave him a fourth one. This location was sent his records on 3/19/2024 - indicating our puppy has received all three distemper vaccines. I DO NOT recommend dropping your animal off here for visits. Either be in the room with the vet or do not go here.
