The absolute most heartless corporations around. STAY AWAY!! Dr. Barber is a fantastic doctor and the only reason we stayed with this company. However when it's come to closing my wellness plan after my senior dog passed, nobody can help. Not an online chat representative, nobody at the clinic, instead I have to call a billing department which is only open pacific times, true definition of a company displaying cost cutting measures. On 2/14/2026 we had a very disappointing experience at this Banfield location today. We arrived on time for our 9:00 AM appointment, only to be told that our appointment was not logged in their system. While I understand that system errors can happen, the issue was how it was handled. The front desk associate was extremely cold and rude, repeatedly stating that “10:30 is the earliest we can take you” without any acknowledgment that the error may not have been on our end, or any attempt at empathy or problem-solving. Excellent staff
The doctor was super sweet! However, the lady at the front was so mean. I asked if I could use a bathroom while waiting for the dog to finish up and she was like “ummm I guess?” and walked away making faces while muttering under her breath. Another client (who I am assuming was rude to her also) complained to the front desk about her as well. I was actually so shocked at her behavior. Will never be going back to that location.
