We have had many pets come thru here, with various problems of their own. We have taken them to other vets and nothing really compares to the care and quality of the people that work here. Every time I make an appointment I specifically make sure the doctor is Dr. Monk. We’ve had other vets at different locations that weren’t bad, however the difference in quality of care is noticeable. The staff at Banfield were amazing when our little doggie ate a sock and needed a major surgery to remove it from his stomach. They checked in on him for several days after and kindly helped us navigate a very scary experience.
They took care of me at the last minute without an appointment—it was my first time at that location—and they welcomed me in a loving way for me and my pet
