Have always had a positive experience at this banfield location. Many years ago when I lived in a different city I had banfield but the dental cleaning in that location wasn’t up to par. The staff in Naples recognized this and unfortunately my cat had to get teeth removed (this was when banfield in Naples was still located at petsmart location). It’s been about 5 years or so now though and my cat has had good dental hygiene since, I thank the staff in Naples for the good work maintaining his dental hygiene.

Great vet and doctors! Dr. Monk and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Monk, Evalena, and Caroline were great!

Dr Monk was very helpful and informative. He seemed like he genuinely cared for our little pooch. He is definitely our vet of choice. Evalina and Kylie were Also very kind and helpful throughout the process of caring for our dog Lulu.

Bottom line, too much turnover in vets and way too much corporate red tape. Lots of times we got recommendations on what big corporate dog food companies and drug companies want to push. It's fine to do monthly plan the first year as a puppy because they cover the majority of the visits up until the neutering. The vet chat feature on the app is helpful as well as Dr. Monk.
