I always get stuck with drop off. Which would be fine if they took care of my dogs needs. I don’t believe they let your animal out to use the bathroom because my poor dog peed all in my car as if he hasn’t gone all day. I don’t know why I pay for membership when rarely anything is included. They let me go and realized they never gave me the medication he needs so I had to go back and they ignored me for 20 minutes. I’m completely done with their services.
