I took my cat here for care and requested an ear cleaning. When I checked her ears afterward, they were still very dirty. I called to clarify, and the technician, supposedly reading from the notes, had completely inaccurate information. During the visit, both the vet and technician praised how well-behaved my cat was, yet the tech on the phone later referred to her as "spicy." This morning, I suddenly realized that my dog was a few days overdue for one of his important vaccinations. Naturally, I started to feel a bit anxious because I didn’t want to delay it any further. Worst Banfield I have been to thus far. Dr. Natalia Gonzalez did not care enough about my dog’s ear infection to prescribe any sort of medication. I told her this has happened before and it gets worse every time. She simply responded “that she doesn’t like the idea of sending my dog home with medication.” It ended up getting worse and he got a terrible infection in his ear. We had a wonderful service today at Petsmart grooming. We took a vantage of the express grooming for our senior pet and it was short and thorough and was an excellent job. We will definitely be back.
