They are very friendly
Completely incompetent. Twice they gave me the wrong meds on refills. Today I spent 45 minutes there while they flailed about not knowing what to do, then they tried to get me to take the wrong pills because there couldn't do the paperwork to fix it. Will NEVER take an animal here again.
Arvada West Banfield responded immediately to our dog/s consuming 9 post-op pain pills. Dr. Paul and Courtney were informative, patient, and incredibly attentive. Thank you, Banfield!
