Took my dog there for years. My 11 year old dog went in Saturday April 4th for labored breathing, vomiting, and not eating. They kept my dog for hours for testing and monitoring. When I went to pick them up they told me my dog was fine, gave us antibotics, flea and tick medicine, said she would be fine in a few days. Later that night her condition had not improved and we went to an emergency pet hospital. Took my dog here and they quoted me over $1000 for a regular dental cleaning for my dog. Insane price and would not recommend for any reason..
We have been to multiple Banfield clinics in the area and this is by far the best one. At our last visit, my cat was being exceptionally difficult to the point where the staff could not even get her out of the carrier safely. But Dr. Airth talked with us about options and was willing to work with us and let me keep our baby calm while they did all the necessary things. First check up and we’ll never return. The assistant didn’t know how to read the charts and let us know what shots have been taken and needs to take in the future. The Vet has no feelings, it felt like we were talking to a wall. Why would I bring back my pet to someone doesn’t care or seem like they don’t. The way he answered my questions were condescending which made me feel unwelcome. If anyone has a better recommendation please message me.
I think that’s a one star due to the fact that the location or order this road inside the PetSmart no longer let you use their restroom . I was there with my aid which was eight months pregnant and needed to use the bathroom. They wouldn’t let me or her use the bathroom at all.
