First check up and we’ll never return. The assistant didn’t know how to read the charts and let us know what shots have been taken and needs to take in the future. The Vet has no feelings, it felt like we were talking to a wall. Why would I bring back my pet to someone doesn’t care or seem like they don’t. The way he answered my questions were condescending which made me feel unwelcome. If anyone has a better recommendation please message me.
I think that’s a one star due to the fact that the location or order this road inside the PetSmart no longer let you use their restroom . I was there with my aid which was eight months pregnant and needed to use the bathroom. They wouldn’t let me or her use the bathroom at all. Our fur babies love going here.( Until they find where they are. Lol) They give trouble going in but not going with the staff. Until Handsome Homer gets to the back door. The whole staff is super nice,friendly,kind, courtesy. If they can't get you in that day they try there best to get you in as soon as they can. They even have dropped off appointment where the vet calls you. We have the plan on both fur babies that includes there heart worm and flea and tick medication.
