I love how everyone there is loving and kind to both the animals and their owners.
Dr. Stamm and Dr. Makarenko and their wonderful vet tech staff have been exceptionally caring and helpful to me in treating my 16 year-old cat! They're always available to answer questions too.
I hope I never, ever, ever need to bring my pets there ever again. The Banfield business plan is just inappropriate and horribly executed. The techs seem to do most, if not all the work, which is beyond their scope, and with insufficient intervention on the part of the vets. The techs also try to sell you add-on services like additional labs, even before talking to the vet to see if your pet needs additional labs. Because you are speaking with the tech, and not the vet, they are also unable to explain why the test is needed ... read more
