I had to put my beloved cat, Shadow, down this evening. I took her to the Richmond Heights Banfield to have this done. As painful as this was, the staff at the Richmond Heights Banfield were wonderful. The intake person worked with me to keep the cost of this procedure down. The vet tech gave me a big hug just when I needed it most. She even cried when my cat was about to be put down. The staff at the Richmond Heights Banfield are wonderful. I highly recommend Banfield in general and this location in particular.

There was a time when I could wholeheartedly recommend this location--in fact, it was the only Banfield location I COULD recommend. Not anymore! Our senior dog, who has heart disease and an established cardiologist, needed a dental cleaning. He's also been a regular patient twice a year at this location since 2019, with multiple visits each year, so he's not a new patient. The receptionists are very rude! Everytime I call I’m put on hold for long periods of time!! They have always been very rude and no one does anything to resolve this matter ever!!
