Overpriced & long wait. I had to wait around 2-3 hours for a follow up for my dog's appointment. At the 2 hour mark, I had asked if I can leave and reschedule the appointment. I was waiting at the front desk for so long that they asked if I just got there. Then kept reiterating "they will be with you shortly" and told me to wait in the room. This location has been going down hill. They are under staffed and it shows. The practice manager is more concerned about increasing the numbers she has said in front of the customers the numbers are slow for dental cleaning call and get more. Calling the office is challenging either no one answers or you’re put on hold for 20 minutes or more. Banfield is more concerned about making money than caring for your pets.
