By far my favorite Banfield location, I travel all the way from NY. All of the vets and staff are very kind, friendly, and organized. They’re always very gentle with my girl. The clinic is always very clean and well kept. During every visit I’ve had so far with my dog every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly, they were very informative when it came to my dogs health issues and as far as what they could see was wrong, what they could do, and what I can do to get further exams & tests done. Very friendly, caring and concerned
Banfield gets such a bad reputation sometimes and i do believe it depends on the location. The Banfield in Hamilton is terrible. Its almost like they want to abuse the animals and dont care about you as a customer. The Banfield in Martlon makes you feel like family. They care for your pets as if its their own child, and everyone is so kind, loving, and accommodating. They lie about their services they are nice in beginning, but than after they sign you up rude and deceitful! DONT BRING YOUR OWT HERE
