They lie about their services they are nice in beginning, but than after they sign you up rude and deceitful! DONT BRING YOUR OWT HERE
Staff is great and they are very helpful. I have their pet plan so visits are free and services are reasonable
During our recent visit with my 4-year-old dog, who we were concerned may have a urinary tract infection, we found the experience to be unhelpful and somewhat dismissive. Prior to the appointment, we were informed that we could collect a urine sample ourselves to avoid the need for the veterinarian to obtain one through manual expression. We collected the sample at 12:40 PM, in advance of our 1:00 PM appointment. However, we were later advised that samples collected beforehand were not acceptable. We brought our dog in after she had a reaction to a new food, and the care she received was genuinely great. The nurse was incredibly friendly and reassuring, and the doctor was very gentle with our dog, which we truly appreciated. The only thing I want to mention is that one comment about us choosing puppy food because it was “cute” felt a bit dismissive. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with Dr. Cynthia Oquendo I have been a loyal Banfield client for over 8 years, but my recent experience with veterinarian Dr. Cynthia Oquendo was absolutely unacceptable. Her behavior toward both my dog and me was disrespectful and inhumane.
