exam was very good.... the Vet great.... the front desk needs a lot of improvement!!!!!! VERY SLOW!!!! My wait for the summary took LONGER than the entire exam and testing!
Since moving to their own facility, away from petsmart the animal service feels more professional. They’ve really stepped up their game and I feel more confident in their services than I ever did when it was affiliated in Petsmart stores.
My babies Gracie Lou and Buddy Forrest have been patients at Banfield Pet Hospital for many years. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Naqvi, whom I am so grateful to for her exceptional care of both my babies. She is a very companionate loving and very thorough doctor.
