Went to the West Chester, PA location for the first time the other day for my cat and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. We used to live in NY and went to a Banfield there, therefore we liked the idea that they had access to his records and to continue that continuity of care. Every staff person whether on the phone or in person was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and questions and we never felt rushed through the visit. They were wonderful!
Overpriced. You get stuck in the plan. They won’t cancel it when you are dissatisfied, or anything else. Where did the vet go that worked here? Cancel appointments, can’t get out of an expensive monthly plan that covers basically nothing. You see a new vet each time. They won’t follow up with you. Beware if you are thinking of this corporation. They are profit driven. Stick to your local vets
