If I could give 100 stars I would. I switched to this vet from Heart & Paw and I’ve had the best experience. My dog Pablo had to get his teeth cleaned and lost some teeth during the process. The vet (Dr. Jaekle) took the time to walk me through the procedure and reassured me my dog would be in the best care. He did not lie, from the minute I dropped of Pablo every worker I encountered was so kind and informed. Thank you so much to the staff at Banfield!

My family and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our dog down due to a significant decline in his health, mobility and quality of life. Jenna and staff were absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Jaekle is one of the finest doctors we've have the pleasure of knowing. He takes the time to explain and review his findings from examinations and offers options to help. Our Tabby was having a very difficult time moving around. She was stiff in walking from one room to another and fell when trying to jump onto the sofa. She recently had issues with diarrhea and exhibited pain in trying to go to the bathroom.
