Our Pomeranian (Teddy), was getting petted on the top of his head and my daughter felt a bump. Called Banfield and they told me to bring him in. The entire staff at Banfield, was just so nice and very affordable. Twenty minutes later they removed a tick and was on the way home. Highly recommend Banfield Per Hospital's
Our dog, Toby, has been cared for by Banfield for his routine care for over 6 years. Unfortunately, our regular hospital was short staffed, and we simply couldn't get care when we needed it. This was unfortunate as he was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in early January of 2025. We decided to try the Kildeer location and are we glad we did. Tremendous. They got my cat in, in a pinch for a UTI and the Dr and staff were amazing! It's hard to find good care, that's affordable and thorough. Max is amazing!
I had an upsetting experience here for the first time in the 2.5 years of coming here. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but taking 6 hours for a simple comprehensive exam is completely unacceptable. I called after 3 hours to check on my dog, and was told the doctor would call me soon with the results. After another hour with no update, I called again and was told my dog hadn't even been seen by the vet only the vet techs, and that I'd have to wait another hour.
