The wellness plan is a total SCAM!!! I signed up for the active care plus plan for my rescue dog, he was on it for one month before passing away and they would not let me cancel the plan or transfer it to another pet. So I had to pay $500 for a dead pet that wasn’t receiving any services.
I can’t say enough great things about the team at Banfield in Collierville. From the moment I walk in, I feel at ease knowing my dogs are in the best hands. A special shoutout to Deb who is always the first to greet my pups during their early morning drop-offs. She goes out of her way to make sure they feel welcomed and loved from the second they arrive. They fit me in last minute when my dog couldn’t walk. I got news that upset me but Caitlyn took the time to reassure me, answer all my questions, give advice, and she even help my 90 lb dog to the car. I truly truly appreciate her and the entire staff at this location!
