very sterile and echoey when dogs lose their minds in the lobby, not great for cats. scheduled an in-person visit about a month before hand, the vet who does in-person visit wasn’t in on they day of the appointment and they had to take my cat back personally. i wasnt allowed to ask the vet questions directly. they dont provide results on paper of heartworm or any other tests and looked at me as if it’s not anything anyone has ever wanted records of. the man told me ‘if you sign up on the website, they MIGHT be on there.’ he ... read more
Compassion, professional From my furbabie’s health visits, dental procedure to his last moments. That final visit the empathy and compassion was huge. The care showed to him and to his humans will forever be with me.
