Had to drive 15 miles to get an appt. Closest one to our home is 1.2 miles. Do not like the fact that we pay for unlimited office visits but no place close can ever get us in.
The service here is actually appalling. We took our animals to a different vet and I can’t believe the difference in treatment. This vet labeled our dog aggressive when she has no history of that behavior. They only did this because she is part pit bull. When we went to take our dog to a different vet they failed to send over all of her medical records, which I believe was done intentionally. We had two previous tumor removal surgeries done there, and when we went somewhere else for a second opinion on a third tumor, the off... read more

I’m so impressed with Banfield I’m switching vets. They are great!! They took the time to explain everything and the vet tech was phenomenal!!!
