The vets (Drs. Alvarez and Christianson) and are very attentive, the staff is supportive and the care is affordable with the wellness plan. My cat had to have two surgeries and I was very happy with how that went.
They Vet and front office very nice. I do feel like my pets care was rushed. He went in for an allergic reaction causing breathing issues, they give him two shots and brought him right back out to go home. Told no after care follow up needed, but as soon as I pulled away got on the freeway his breathing became more compromised and I rushed him back just for them to tell me they have to charge me an office visit all over again and that they actually needed to give him high dosage of the medications. Dr Christianson and staff are always helpful and caring. Miranda at the front desk always goes the extra mile.
Very impressed with the staff at this location and Dr. Christionson. Staff are kind and the doctor was very understanding and explained end of life care very very well. A difficult conversation made better by these professionals who care deeply.
