Our precious pup, Pablo, was neuter and chipped we were very happy with the care and follow-up he received at Banfield. We highly recommend them!
We love Dr Christianson and her love and care she provides to our beloved Hudson. Banfield hospital responding to the patient needs also is great.
I’ve taken my dog here a few times and loved it even have the comprehensive plan. My dog recently had diarrhea for a few days, energy great, eating and drinking normally but was advised by the 24/7 chat to have him be seen because of the diarrhea. My husband called and said that they can’t see him because they “don’t have the equipment” if it’s something worse and referred us to the emergency clinic. My dog has an ear infection unfortunately I got lost and was late for my appointment. I explained that I was I got lost and I apologies for my tardiness, but they refuse to see my dog even when I explained to them that I believed she had an ear infection. Lady said the manager would call me tomorrow to which I told her that wasn’t much good for my dog when she was sick today.
Just Wanted to thank All the Vet Techs and Staff for being So Helpful and Amazing.
