Very dirty place. From the front of the building being filled with dog poop bags to the terrible urine smell in the lobby. The front desk guy was very helpful and so was a girl when I called. I have been in a different Banfield for years but this one surely needs some love.
Banfield pet hospital Medfield is wonderful.The staff are very caring and loving to my fur baby and meets all her needs.
Doctor Kirk is an amazing doctor, he went at my dogs pace and made her feel comfortable before even touching her. Everyone is always so helpful and kind. Dr. Kirk went through with a perfectly successful spay surgery with my crazy girl.
