On 11/18 I brought my dog in for an infected mass on his toe. I was told the mass “didn’t look good,” a sample was sent out to pathology, and I was told I’d hear back by the end of the week. My cat had an eye infection for months. We were given 3 different antibiotics over the course of several weeks. I tried to explain a medication that had worked a year before but was ignored. I never got to speak to the actual doctor and only got to interact with the technician who relayed information to the vet. I went to a different vet who solved the problem in a single visit.
New kitten visit everyone was professional and helpful.
