Made an appointment through them after THEY called me and showed up to the appointment just for them to tell me I’m not in their system. Rescheduled with them at the desk for the next week. Got a reminder the day before but when I showed up they were CLOSED with no warning!!!! Why schedule someone on a day you’re closed!! I was waiting outside with 2 other people with their dogs who also had an appointment and the supply delivery guy!!! Clearly it’s not just customers they are terrible with. I wouldn’t recommend. Banfield is Great! Over the years we have taken our dogs and cats to them and always had wonderful professional service!
I recently changed to another location and it has been great! My experience here with my pets was terrible. The front desk staff were rude just about every time. I can’t believe I went there for the time I did. I had moved here from out of state during the pandemic and wasn’t sure where to take my pets, I chose here! Big mistake.
Super nice staff. Very friendly, efficient and very fond of animals. Great care.
