Overall, the experience has been fine at this location. Techs and doctors were always good to work with. Banfield itself is TERRIBLE. We signed a contract for our dog to receive discounts for annual check ups, vaccines, etc. Our dog then unexpectedly DIED. We however are expected to still pay for this contract for the next 10 months. A contract is a contract, however the lack of empathy with this COMPANY is disgusting. Again Banfield in Holliston is fine for basic care, however DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM.
Friendly place! Dr Stone is great.
