Excellent care and my puppy is loved. Their plan is also phenomenal.
They managed to squish me in, even though this is not the regular location that sees my pets. Although I had to wait a bit, they were very thorough. I was mostly impressed with the fact that they called back to find out how my Pet was doing.
I have been a member of Banfield for both my Cat and Dog for many many years. Today was the first emergency I have ever had. While my local office in Leominster would not see me and advised me to seek emegency treatment. They showed no compassion or care of my Pet I proceeded to call 3 other Banfields. The fist one in Northborough looked at the schdule of all of them and advised me on two others that may have availability and despite them having 24 pets coming in said if I could not find one to call her back.
