Very nice people, convenient hours, however even with Pet Wellness Plan, costs are several times over what a private vet would be. Staff is always recommending more testing and invasive care for issues outside of what was scheduled. I get the impression they play on emotions and guilt you into spending money. Use caution when it comes to spending what you don't need.
I had to take my best friend of 19 years, born in the house I grew up in, slept with me every night until he got too old to, to be put down. It was a traumatic event just to start off with, and the last animal we put down, his mother, we took to a terrible place near us. Banfield Pet Hospital treated my cat Waldo with such amazing care it made the event much easier to cope with.
