I’ve been to many banfields and this by far is the worst one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Their appointment system is not good, booked an inroom and told me after 30 minutes when I asked that they don’t normally do in rooms in the morning so they are figuring it out. It’s now been almost an hour and a half and still waiting. Keep saying they will get the doctor and don’t. They don’t care that I mentioned I neee to get back to work. If I could give negative stats I would.
Waited over an hour for an “in room” appointment. While other patients that came after me were seen before.
They stick to schedule appointments. Very patient with the clients. They explain everything in detail .
No waiting and pleasant staff
My pom is always happy and treated with the best care thank you Banfield. Just get a better answering system LOL 😆
