I came to a different location close to me cause the other location didn't have a room for my pet, and it was the best experience I had to the point that they gained another member/pet to the family.... Kaylon made us feel at home... the best customer service at banfield Garden City...

Ever since this place was bought out by Banfield and the location in New Hyde Park closed down, it keeps getting worse and worse. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone! The place is filthy and staff a hit or miss. Thankfully my dog is fairly healthy and our visits are quick. I hate doing drop off and even when I bring him in for appointments I don't know if they're actually doing what they're supposed to be doing in the back. What's the point of the in room visit??
