Dr. Maskalkova is the best! She has taken care of my two dogs for the past 4+ years. My 12 year old dog recently had a blockage. The first vet I saw, not Dr. M., sent me to Pender where they wanted an exorbitant amount of money to observe her overnight and do surgery to remove the blockage. We couldn't pay 5K+ (likely closer to 8K) for a 12 year old dog. Instead, Dr. M offered to come in on her day off to perform the surgery that saved our dog's life.
