I'm very disappointed. They are a great place if you want preventative care for your pet, but when it comes to an emergency they stink.
TOTAL RIP-OFF and Waste of Money!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT EVER buy any of the "wellness" plans!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!
Worst experience at banfield in Levittown and Huntington ! Do Not sign up for plans! They only care about money not your pet!!!
