WORST PET HOSPITAL EVER They don't care anymore! This company ransomed my pet because they charged me wrong! They couldn't handle the emergency and needed to transfer us. She wasn't ready to transfer when they promised she would be. The bill was wrong. They wouldn't give her to me unless i paid. The "vet" was "busy" back and couldn't be available to tell the truth. EVERY time I need to order my Dogs flea and heartworm meds, they get denied. I end up calling numerous times, they always say its fixed now, have them send it back over. I have to physically go in with my records or prescriptions to show them their records are wrong. The staff does not know how to enter anything correctly in their computer. They even had my spayed female in as a nurtured male. I've had to go in there 4 times in 6 months to have them correct their mistakes. RecommendedI can't say enough about Banfield, they have been truly amazing & care so much for fur babies. Best Vets office I've ever been too. They are soooo busy but took the time to make sure all my questions were answered & Roxy was so well taken care of. They even called the next day to make sure she was doing ok. I no longer fear having my dogs teeth(s) cleaned (selfish I know). She is SO MUCH happier now, you can just tell 😍
Excellent vet office. Friendly helpful staff and veterinarian. My pup felt comfortable and they answered all my questions.

Some of the staff here just have horrible customer service and terrible attitudes.
They explain and go over everything they're doing, they call to check in with you if anything changes in treatment or with charges.
Spent over $100 for 14 NSAIDs. My dog had a strained muscle and all they kept saying was “we have to X-ray it.” A $400+ X-ray for something that will not show up on said X-ray. Never once did I see a DVM here. No one did a single muscle test on him. Not to mention they were over an hour late with my appointment. These people are completely uneducated. I was so thankful for Dr. Rose Worobec and the attending tech for taking such good care of my cat, Keebo. Everyone was very gentle and took care in keeping him comfortable and doing everything they could to help me get the best care for him during his appointment and beyond with his follow up home care instructions.
