I’ve been a long time Banfield customer (13 years). There’s been new set of doctors that have come in and the care and response time is no longer the same. Plus I got locked into a contract that I did not know about. Very disappointed

Furious pet owner right now. I used to love this location before Dr Black. I have gone for multiple visits and haven't been totally pleased but was thinking maybe it wasn't bad enough to change. Brought my senior dog in due to drastic weightloss. I was told she was "just old" and it's muscle loss. I was also told id get a call if any blood work was abnormal. I never got a call.
