RecommendedAmazing place and vet, so caring so loving and want to do that best for your baby. We very unfortunately have had to take two of our babies in a year to be put down, they were so caring and understanding and reassured us we were making the right decision. We just had to put our baby Hailey down today, she was suffering and as hard as it was they helped with how amazing and considerate and knowledgeable they are. Amazing place and I will always bring my babies here. Highly, highly, recommend!
Doctor Lawrence was amazing to our old Fred. She explained everything to us that would happen when we went in to put him down, and was totally caring, and understanding of our pain. She made it much easier knowing how the medicine works and the order it was administered in. If you’re in the area and your pet needs a vet, go see her. She made a hard time bearable for us, and I couldn’t be more thankful.
First time there and very happy with the care. Also got my two doggies out and on our way home asap!! Will return!
Dad has been taking me to Banfield for most of my doggie life. They treat me great,keeping me well. They even take pictures of me when I'm sleeping there,during an exam. I'm almost 11yrs old and feel fantastic.
They got me in on the fly with a sick kitty! Overall great experience
Was ripped off for almost $450, took my dog there on a Sunday (regular vet was closed, banfield was the only option) the vet grossly misdiagnosed my dog with a spinal issue. There was no spinal problem at all when we went Monday to his normal vet.
Please say a prayer for our Diggy. He has to have surgery for his injured back tomorrow morning. We took him to emergency at Blue Pearl Hospital in Tampa this evening when his hind legs gave out. It was sad to leave him there tonight, but he needs i.v. pain medication and to be monitored. He will get the best possible care with an orthopedic surgical veterinarian who specializes in spinal injuries. We won't ever go back to Banfield Pet Hospital.
