The care is excellent! The only thing I can complain about is that they charged for an office visit/physical even when I had one there two weeks before and was only going in for my dogs to get a booster vaccine. I didn't experience this at my former vet. Usually, they would make a nurse visit appt. for a follow up booster and just give the vaccination and only charge for the vaccination if we already paid for the physical.
