I started bringing my now deceased dog there almost 11 years ago when he was 7 weeks old. I loved it at first but as time went on the quality of care went down. My dog was sick (ended up taking him to a specialist for a diagnosis because no one did anything other than prescribe antibiotics) and each time I was sternly talked to about his weight. SUPER NICE AND CARING VET AND HELPERS! I THINK MY DOG FELT REAL COMFORTABLE THERE TOO. BUT THEY NEED TO HAVE A TREAT THAT THE DOGS LIKE. LOL
No stars!! Terrible experience with this Bandied. My dog was in to be seen 5 times in 9 month period for vomiting. They never told me to have an X-ray. My dog was 10 and the diagnosed chronic vomiting. Well yes because he was throwing up. Tried 3 medications and special food sold by Banfield. Took my dog on vacation and he was so sick I took him to another local vet while out of town. First thing they did was take X-ray. He had foreign objects in his stomach. This review is for the Kipling store. Doc Nolan is the best Vet. I can’t say enough about how honest and ethical he is. I started with him when my dog, Jazzy was 6 months old. She is now 9 years old. I have been very pleased with the level of care each time I go. What I love is how the doc never pushes unnecessary services, which has happened with other vets.
