Worst experience ever! Do not take your pet here they lack in Customer service and they are extremely rude! They suggested to give my dog a pill to sedated him and when I got there they rescheduled his appointment stating he needed an injection!!! That will cost me $235!?!? Is all about the money they don’t care about your pet! My 10 months all puppy was sedated for nothing (see pictures attached) I will never return there!!! And I will cancel the stupid membership
The so called vet was very cruel,my twelve year old dog had a huge lump which he said was probably cancer ,also possible diabetes,there was no way I was going to put her thru tests ,yet he refused to euthanize her,told me to go to another vet.and had the gull to charge me ,it figures all those people want is your money.they could care less the dog is suffering.think twice before going to banfield animal clinic in lauderhill.
Not good i had my appointment at 3:30 i arrive at 3:35 5 min late and they told me I'm sorry we had to cancel your appointment and prostpone i said please i drive far away they said No every appoinment is 15 min apart so they rescheduled However every time i go for an appoinment previously they make me wait 10 to 15 min until the staff comes and greet and take the dog and then another 20 min to talk to the vet and make sure everything is ok i had appoinments previously there and was not ever that bad Very disappointing
One Star! Banfield Commercial Blvd. Tamarac FL Tonight I took my dog in he fell and couldnt hold up his leg. The vet refused to see him even though I arrived right before they closed. I called the vet eight minutes before closing to say I was on my way. I know it was late but Ive never been turned away when enroute to my pets regular vet and arriving before they close except for Banfield! Misquoted prices, overcharged! I highly recommend cats exclusive in margate, if you want someone who truly cares
